If i use ' I give you my name to go get an oni' Can i react with ' Deeds and words' to reduce the entering play honor loss from my ony? Or will it only reduce the 2 honor loss from the spell?

Entering play honor losses are from traits, not from actions.
Deeds And Words cannot be used to reduce them to 0, even if they happen in the Action phase.
