Hello,
I would like to know if "destroy" actually means putting a card from play into a discard pile ?
If not, can I consider that I "destroy" the targeted personnality with Temple of Death (experienced)'s Limited ability ?
Reminder of the ability in question: Limited: Target a discarded Personnality: He becomes honorably dead.

Destroying a card involves putting it into the discard pile and, if it's a Personality, putting it into the "Dead" state.
However, the reverse is not true. Putting a card into a discard pile is not necessarily destroying it, putting a Personality into the "Dead" state isn't necessarily destroying it, and even doing both of these isn't necessarily destroying it.
A card is only destroyed when an effect explicitly does this.
