i was told last ark at the kentucky kotei that i couldnt use fu lengs guidance in reaction to mountains of the phoenix cause it is a delayed effect. so im wondering if i play a terrian like rocky terrain, could a crab clan player use their reaction before battle resolution to delay the bowing? im thinking no cause the actual action has already resolved and now its a delayed effect that is targeting the berserker.
Delayed effects
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Rocky Terrain's ability has no delayed effects, it puts the card into play, and that's it. However, the card also has a triggered trait, which triggers before the battle's resolution, to bow Personalities. Because there is no action targeting a Personality, Halls of the Forgotten's Reaction's trigger does not occur, so the action cannot be used.
Note that Mountains of the Phoenix has been errata'd in the Oracle so that its effects are created by a triggered trait rather than by delayed effects.
