Can Help with deciding how we should play the pre-release of EoW. Should it be 6 boosters of Ember of War or some boosters of EoW and couple of EE? Which form would be better balanced?

This isn't technically a rules question, but release events I've gone to have generally been a starter of the expansion plus three boosters of the expansion.
