If I have Fukuzo - EXP in play and I attach a Wyrmbone Katana to him, and I RFG Kanpeki and copy his Kensai keyword, I can attach another Wyrmbone to him. Now, if I use Fukuzo's ability again to rfg a personality and NOT copy the kensai trait, does he still get to keep the two Wyrmbone Katana on him or does one just get discarded?

Checking legality of attachments, like Followers' Honor Requirements or the number of Weapons a Personality may attach, is done only at the time of attaching, not constantly. Nothing will happen to Fukuzo's second Weapon should he lose "Kensai" after legally attaching it.
