I'm afraid not.
All your targeting occurs simultaneously for The Shadow's Lair; Required Targeting: "Two or more targets are chosen simultaneously if they are grouped together by a number (such as, “target two Holdings.”)".
So, the player with Ryoshun's Guidance Reacts after you've already stated what ALL of the targets will be, then may react to any of them that he wishes.
