First of all, sorry if it was posted already but i didnt find it.
Basically this: how does these two cards interact?
Based on this rulling for [url]Toritaka Horoiso and lying in ambush (CE)[/url], i would think that A game of dice resolves long before you draw the additional cards, so you shouldnt be able to react with Kimi. If this is not the case, could you explain how the interaction works?

Isawa Kimi: Reaction: Even if Kimi is bowed, after the resolution of an action that put any cards into another player's hand: That player chooses and discards a card from his hand.
A game of Dice: Limited: Draw two additional cards during your next End Phase.

You are correct. Kimi's reaction will do nothing to the player of A Game of Dice.
