In the EE section of 'Sequence of Play' here: http://rules.l5r.com/EE_Sequence_of_play

it states that: Triggers “after” the end of a phase or segment happen prior to any triggers “before” the start of next phase or segment. These timings happen between one unit of time and another, although they are still part of the larger unit of time in which they happen.

Is the phrase 'although they are still part of the larger unit of time in which they happen' not meant to mean that it occurs in the previous phase? I was under the (possibly mistaken) impression that in this case the 'unit of time' was referencing the current phase.
