When Redoubled Attack/Creating Order attempts to straighten two Personalities, would Hida's Guidance XP stop one or both? Assuming it's one, would it effectively be the active player's choice?

Yes. The battle doesn't end until after the Final Steps, so straightening "after resolution" would still be stopped by Hida's Guidance Exp.
