Heart of Darkness Terrain Before this battle's resolution: Choose and bow zero to two cards at the current battlefield with 4 or greater Force. Battle: If no terrain is at the current battlefield: Put this card into play there.
Show of Restraint Kiho Battle: Choose your performing Monk: Negate all current Force penalties on him from actions. If he has a Weapon, negate the next card effect that moves him home or bows him.
So let's say nearing the end of a battle my opponent drops a Heart of Darkness. I then play Show of Restraint on one of my monks with a weapon (let's say Omigawa with a Wyrmbone Katana). Assuming my monk makes it to battle resolution with the weapon intact, and no other actions and effects were played to "turn off" Show of Restraint's negation, Heart of Darkness will have no effect on the monk? It's a trait on the Terrain, but I think it's still a "card effect" right?

Traits on terrains create card effects, the same as traits on other cards.
