Hello,

Consider the following scenario:

I have Kaiu Iemasa at my fief. I attach Hunger to him. Then I use his Limited action to gain 3 honor, help another clan rebuild the defenses and being unable to declare an attack.

Although it seems like a clear situation of "You may not">"You must", I' d like to ask the "obvious". How do the two cards interact? Do I skip my attack phase?
