Hey there rules Junta! I hope the holidays are finding you well!
My question is this. Can a Terrain that has a keyword be bowed by it's controller as a cost for an action that only requires the card to have the keyword?
For example, look at Hasty Fortifications:
Siege • Terrain After each resolution of one of your Battle actions (including this card's): Give this province +1 strength until this card leaves play. Battle: If there is no terrain in play at the current battlefield: Put this card into play there.
Now lets say I had a card or a stronghold or something that said "Battle: Bow your target siege card: Raise the province strength of this battlefields province by 2". Y'know... just for example. The wording doesn't require that the siege card "performs" the action, only that it is bowed for the cost. Could I put Hasty Fortifications into play, and then for my next action bow it as a cost for the example action I detailed above?
