Hello everyone,
I'm completely new to L5R, I'm a old Magic and WOW TCG player but seen a few of my friends playing this a long time ago. It caught my attention and I came across War of Honor. I read the instructions but was wondering if there is any video that would allow me to see a actual game take place. I read the rules but I'm a little confused on the Action Phase. Can someone explain to me the part of the (open and limited actions of the phase?) It states that the other players can play on your turn a Open action? If someone can break this down for me it would be great or if theres a video of game play that would also help a great deal.
Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure if there's a video out there, you might have more luck posting that question in the Community forum.
For purposes of the Action Phase, any player may take an Open action whether it is their turn or not, but only the player whose turn it is may take a Limited action.
