With the errata to Only action speaks, how does it interact with Prayer for Guidence? Let's say I target my honorable battle maiden with PfG during the action phase, my opponent reacts with OAS, would I gain the honor if the conditions of PfG does not occur until battle resolution?

The errata to Only Actions Speak does not affect its interaction with Prayer for Guidance, since no honour is normally gained during the Action Resolution step of Prayer for Guidance. Prayer for Guidance creates a delayed effect which, if it ever is applied, will be applied some time afterwards, during some other action's or a battle's resolution.
