I apologize, I haven't played since before Lotus went out, and then they got rid of my Rats. So I understand transferring is attaching, but can I no longer transfer attachments at will in my Limited Phase? Example, I play the Ashigaru Recruits, and subsequently get a free token Ashigaru. I allow my opponent to take an open action, then I transfer either the token or the Recruits to another personality. I am being told this is not legal anymore? Please Help.
