Can i use a movement ability on a weapon (for example Seiatsu) to move to another battlefield (after i have used up the battle ability on the weapon of course) after battle resolution has ended at the first battlefield?

Battlefields are destroyed either after the battle ends, if the province was destroyed in battle resolution, or at the end of the Attack Phase, if the province wasn't destroyed. You may move a Personality to a battlefield where the battle has already resolved, subject to all the normal rules such as Presence (you need to have Presence at the current battle) and Location (the Personality must be coming from the current battlefield), and the Second Battle Rule.
I'm not entirely sure what Again! has to do with this: the only rule that it lets you break is that Abilities can only be used once per turn.

Akodo Gilador-san, I believe FPAlpha was asking if you could, after Battle Resolution at the first battlefield and the Kensai has been sent home, at a second battlefield use this action and then use the additional action to satisfy the rule of location by moving in.
This wouldn't work as you would indeed need location for Again! and the additional action is irrelevant, in this context I would guess that they wanted to straighten them, then move in with Falling Leaf Strike or similar which requires an unbowed personality to do the movement.
Hopefully that should clarify a bit

You might believe that, but I don't see how you get there from what FPAlpha said.
Regardless, you are correct in stating that you cannot target a unit at home with Again!, since you cannot satisfy the Rule of Location by using the additional action to move the unit to the current battlefield.
