Lets say I'm building one of the most broken Pure Lion blitz decks with (among other things) Akodo Sensei and Calculated Offensive. This works fine with Matsu Hyun and Matsu Gohei, right? I'm thinking Coordinated Assault will not work, as it is a force boost from a Tactical action, just not the rulebook one. Is there any difference in the way Akodo Sensei works and Noble Halls of the Akodo or Kenson Gakka works?

Well, you are certainly throwing a lot of card titles out there, and your inquiries after all of them seem a little vague to me. But there was one question that came through quite clearly, and I hope that its answer will serve all your needs:
Yes, Akodo Sensei works the same as Kenson Gakka, in that it will not let you gain Force bonuses from Tactical actions.
