I was recently told that now, when a personality becomes dishonored, they maintain their original ph. i.e. A dishonored battlemaiden can still use riding in harmony to gain a force boost. Is this correct?
Rules Change to Dishonor?
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

No, that is not correct. Personal honor is zero for a dishonorable Personality, and can't be increased.
http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Physically_mark ... shonorable: "Dishonorable Personalities have a maximum Personal Honor of zero."
Riding in Harmony could still be played legally, but note the rule that a +0F bonus is no bonus at all (http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Card_features#B ... _penalties), and so couldn't be increased by other means.
