Player A used Doji Senta Political Limited: Discard the Imperial Favor: Dishonor another player's target honorable Personality
Player A targets Player Bs only personality, in reaction Player B plays Enough Talk! in reaction.
The duel resolves in a tie, so both Personalities lose the duel. Does Player B's Personality die dishonored or not?
Thanks!

Does Player B's Personality die dishonored or not?
No he dies as an honorable personality.
Here is the order of events: 1) Player A announces that he uses Doji Senta's ability, he targets Player B's Samurai and discards the Imperial Favor as a cost. 2) Player B uses Enough Talk! before the resolution of the Political action, which implies its effects are not activated until the end of Enough Talk!. 3) The result of the duel is a tie, both Personalities are destroyed, Enough Talk! does not prevent Senta's action's effects from happening. 4) Senta's action resolves but its target is out of play so it fails to dishonor him (per implications of in play and out of play).
