I'm not sure if this is an error or if this is intentional, but, I can't print the printable rules.
Printable Rules
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

That's odd. Where did you link from on this page:
http://rules.l5r.com/Main_Page
to get to that page? PM me please.
By the way, the "printable version" link on the left will give you a printable version of the page you are on in your browser window. Although it might be a bit of work, by repeating this process for the different pages you can get a printed version of the entire, up-to-date Comprehensive Rules. This will probably be more reliable than the "judge's rulebook," which I'll be taking down soon because it is difficult to keep accurate.
If you're looking for the basic rulebook, you should be able to print out the black-and-white pdf availble for download on the rules wiki. The "printable rules" may be a legacy from the time when the pdf on the rules wiki was the full color version, which didn't print so well.
