Technical Errata: Yoritomo Okitsugu [CE]

In response to a recent clarification of when "while ... remains" effects should begin, Yoritomo Okitsugu needs technical errata to work as he has been played.

Effective immediately, his ability reads (changed word in red):

Recon Limited: Target a Province. While they are at its battlefield, your Followers whose units assigned there have the ability, "Battle: Bow this card: Ranged 3 Attack."

The only change in play is that the Followers keep the ability if they move back to the battlefield having moved away from it; but it is the same ability, so they will not get an extra use of it.
