So Show of Restraint says:
Battle: Choose your performing Monk: Negate all current Force penalties on him from actions. If he has a Weapon, negate the next card effect that moves him home or bows him.
And Crippling Weather says:
Battle: Destroy all terrains in play. Until this battle ends, no new terrains may be played. After each time this battle an action ends, bow any Personalities who performed it.
My questions is simple, how do these two cards interact? I'm a little fuzzy on what a "card effect" is exactly, hence my question. Two specific scenarios come to mind:
1) I play Show of Restraint on my monk, my opponent then plays Crippling Weather, then my monk performs something. Will he bow, or will it be negated?
2) Crippling Weather has already been played, and my monk performs Show of Restraint. Will he then bow, or will Show of Restraint negate it?

Crippling Weather's bowing is a card effect. Your monk will not bow.
Crippling Weather has already been played, and my monk performs Show of Restraint. Will he then bow, or will Show of Restraint negate it?
He will not bow, because the last delayed effect negating bowing will have already been activated before Crippling Weather's effect triggers.
