I use One Action, Two Strikes. As my first action, I use Stolen Property (or Unstoppable Power, or anything else that grants an additional action).
What happens next: 1) I do not get the additional action from Stolen Property due to One Action, Two Strikes (OATS). 2) I take the additional action from Stolen Property, then take the second action off of OATS, and then OATS kicks in and I don't take additionals after that.
Thanks!
One Action, Two Strikes Battle: If the enemy leader has taken any battle action during this battle: You may take two additional battle actions after this one. You will not take any other additional battle action this battle.

What happens next[?]
1) You do not get the additional action from Stolen Property due to One Action, Two Strikes. Its effects that prevents its player from taking any other additional Battle actions this battle applies immediately during its resolution, whereas the two additional actions it grants take place after its resolution (see Additional action) so the player is already forbidden to take any other additional Battle actions.

In reference to this response http://www.alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=90916&p=1207240&hilit=one+action%2C+two+strikes#p1207240 :
If I were to play One Action, Two Strikes - Given that it has been ruled that "Its effects that prevents its player from taking any other additional Battle actions this battle applies immediately during its resolution, whereas the two additional actions it grants take place after its resolution (see Additional action) so the player is already forbidden to take any other additional Battle actions." (-Bayushi Loïc), would I then be able to play a second One Action, Two Strikes some time during the same battle and using this same logic, have the card overrule the additional actions to give me two more additional actions?
I.E.: 1) I Play One Action, Two Strikes - Take additional action X, second additional action to play another One Action, Two Strikes. Then I would take two more additional actions?
2) I Play One Action, Two Strikes - Take additional action X, second additional action X. Later in the battle, I play another One Action, Two Strikes. Then I would be allowed two addtional actions from there?
My assumption again is due to the overruling of additional actions due to the same card's effect that negates additional actions in the first place.
Thanks.

One Action, Two Strikes forbids his player to take any additional Battle actions this battle, other than the two additional Battle actions granted by this copy of One Action, Two Strikes. This player will not take any additional Battle actions this battle from another copy of One Action, Two Strikes nor from any other effect.

No.
