While i was playing l5r last night, i hear two players discussing weather or not Rising Sun Blade, can destroy Terrains. the rules say that a terrain is not discarded when it is played, so it is in the battlefield and in play so it could be targeted by rising sun blade correct? are there any thing else this card can target besides the obvious items, followers, spells and personalities? like regions? or celestial cards?
