Sir can i ask about this question regarding hired killer and determination.The enemy have a Suitengu's Surge he use it to survive in hired killer but a play determination.Regarding of the ruling of this can you verify what is right action for this.
Hired Killer + Determination vs Suitengu's Surge

Determination prevents negation of the Hired Killer.
However, Suitengu's Surge doesn't negate Hired Killer, it removes the target from play so that when the effects of Hired Killer activate, they can't affect it.
So, Suitengu's Surge will still stop Hired Killer, even if you played Determination with it.
