"In the event that a stat receives a minimum value that is above its existing maximum value, or a maximum that is above its minimum, its value will not change at all until the minimum and the maximum cease to contradict each other. "
Does this mean that if a stat has a minimum value, is above its minimum value, then receives a maximum value that is lower than the current stat and lower than the minimum value, that the current stat remains where it is and is not lowered to the maximum value nor able to be modified in any way while there is a minimum/maximum contradiction?

One followup: If my personality with a minimum stat value receives a bonus to that stat that lasts until the end of the turn, then receives a maximum stat value lower than the minimum that lasts longer than one turn, will the expiry of the temporary stat bonus not lower the stat because "its value will not change"?

No the stat will decrease when the temporary stat bonus expires. Here "its value will not change" means that the stat will not receive new bonuses or penalties.

Regarding this: viewtopic.php?f=59&t=89888&p=1192246&hilit=minimum#p1193716 If the bonus/penalty is recurent like with the Akodo's Guidance +1PH in attack, by exemple. The Personal Honor of a Lion Clan personality (with a minimum/maximum contradiction on this stat) will decrease when the personality is no longer in an attacking army and his Personal Honor will not receive new bonuses or penalties. But, does this bonus is a new bonus the next times this personality will come in an attacking army (considering the Akodo's Guidance is still in play) or the same?

The source is the same but the bonus is a new effect each time the Personality becomes attacking; for more information, see Continuous effects.
