Does using the Imperial Favor's battle action count towards the actions required to put the Ring of Water into play?

Does using the Imperial Favor's battle action count towards the actions required to put the Ring of Water into play?
No.
Ring of Water says, "After you resolve your fourth or later Battle action from cards with different titles in one battle". The Player Abilities are in the Rulebook, not on cards.
