The normal limit for focused cards is 4 but does Kenzo raise that limit to 5? (3 focus pool +1 to focus pool from trait +1 from hand)

There is no limit to the number of focused cards per player, the only limit is that a player must focus either from his focus pool or once from his hand, and that focus pools are created with three cards by default. If you have more than three cards in your focus pool, you may focus an additional time from this area, following all other rules for duels.
