Aramasu's Vigilance Clarification

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. I read that AV can pay for Enticement, but cannot pay for Civility.

Following that train of logic, I feel like this means AV CAN pay for I Carry Two Blades, but CANNOT pay for Obfuscation. Or can it not pay for either? How about Will?

It may be irrelevant, but when the action modifies the gold cost, it seems more like the strategy fits into the restrictions of AV.

I Carry Two Blades Reaction: After one of your Weapons is destroyed, target a non-Unique Weapon in your hand or discard pile: Attach it to your target Personality, paying 4 less Gold.

Obfuscation Battle: Attach a target attachment from your hand or discard pile to your target Personality. You may take an additional action to use one of the attachment's base Battle abilities.

Will Battle: If you control an opposed unit at the current battlefield, target your dead Samurai Personality: Bring him into play there, paying 2 less Gold and ignoring Honor Requirements.

Aramasu's Vigilance Reaction: Even if this card is bowed, when paying a Gold cost of an action: Produce 4 Gold.

Aramasu's Vigilance: I feel like this means AV CAN pay for I Carry Two Blades(.)

It cannot.

The action has no cost. Anything you're paying for is the cost of the Weapon.

but CANNOT pay for Obfuscation

It cannot.

How about Will?

It cannot.

Aramasu's Vigilance cannot pay for any card you are bringing into play as the effect of an action.
