I know this has been asked alot but the answers arnt very clear to me. EX: my buddy challenges my personality with chagatai's armor, he says i have to announce my reaction to negate my personalitys destruction before the duel even happens. that just sounds retarted to me is that correct? do i have to announce, my destruction negation, before the duel even happens?
