Hi,
I was wondering if it is legal to use Temporizing Ground and Shameful Injury together. If I have 3 personalities and 3 followers and play Shameful Injury on Personality #1, then play Temporizing Ground, can I continue to take actions and dump the -3F penalty onto Personality #1? Since Shameful Injury says : Battle: Even if you control no units at the current battlefield: Negate all current Force bonuses and penalties a target Personality has received from actions. Until the turn ends, negate all new Force bonuses or penalties on him from actions.
Since all new force bonuses are negated, he would be considered a positive force number, say it is Kuon, I could play 5 actions, dump 5x-3F penalties from Temporizing Ground onto him and still have a positive 12F, right?
My biggest concern is playing Shameful Injury, doing a few actions and having the other player realize what I am doing then attempting to send home the shameful'ed personality. If this happens and they send the personality home, but I have a card that lets me bring him back into the battle, does the effect of the Shameful Injury played before being sent home still stand, or is that effect gone because he left the battlefield?
If the effect of Shameful Injury is still in effect, can I apply the -3F penalty for playing the card that brings that personality back, onto the Shameful'ed personality?
Also, what happens if a player takes an action after Temporizing Ground has been played and targets a personality or follower with 1F? Are the now -2F, which knocks -2F his force's total force, or is he merely zero force for that personality/follower?
Thanks!

Yes you can, the fact that the Force penalty will be negated does not forbid you to choose Personality #1 as long as he is unbowed (Temporizing Ground's text).

Right.

It stands. Ongoing effects last until the turn ends by default and this duration is also explicitly written on Shameful Injury.
If the effect of Shameful Injury is still in effect, can I apply the -3F penalty for playing the card that brings that personality back, onto the Shameful'ed personality?
Yes, assuming he is unbowed.

Zero Force but the full penalty counts against future bonuses. For more information, see Calculating stats.
