I have several Bayushi Justushi (basic) in play. My opponent has an honorable unbowed shugenja with Might of the Kami attached. It's my turn.
I use all my Jutsushi's abilities on the shugenja. He uses Might of the Kami on a Jutsuhi. I then use Leaked information, with one of the jutsushi's, targetting the shugenja. Note that the 3 different ongoing effects have the same timing (tough Jutsushi's effect depends on the activation of Leaked Information effect)
I attack, and assign everyone. What happens?
Do I (as the active player) get to decide the order of the effects? If thats the case and i decide to activate first the Leaked information effect, can I activate the jutsushis effect or does the Might of the Kami have to go before that (since its trigger happened earlier)? If I activate the jutsushi effect, and then might of the kami, does the shugenja gets rehonored or the player gains the honor?
Or is there some difference in the timings im not seeing?
Thanks!!

The order of the effects with the same trigger is chosen by the active player but it does not really matter here. Anyway the Shugenja is dishonored, his controller loses 6 Honor and at last he also gains 3 Honor.
Indeed the dishonorable status of the Shugenja does not forbid its controller to gain Honor from Might of the Kami and this Honor gain does not rehonor him, because the revelant rule checks the dishonorable status at the moment when the action was performed, not when the Honor was gained actually, and the Shugenja was honorable when he cast his Spell.
References: "References involving a game state in the context of a past occurrence check the game state only at the time of the occurrence. Example: The rules for rehonoring Personalities say a Personality is rehonored, "Before a player gains Honor from an action or trait that targeted, came from, or was performed by one or more of his or her dishonorable Personalities, the Personality is rehonored and the player does not gain the Honor." Dishonorable status is checked only at the time the targeting, origin or performing of the action or trait is established."
