Question: Mantis Player has a sizeable force. Ronin player has unbowed Tamago. Chuuna bows and targets Tamago. Mantis player declares attack and assigns peeps. Ronin player uses Strike Quickly w/ Tamago. Tamago moves in, bows from Chuuna. Based on this http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Abilities_and_actions#Designators, you can't use abilities on bowed cards. But based on Cardinal Rule #1, Strike Quickly says that you can 'use one of his base abilities'.
So can I use Strike Quickly with Tamago and use his ability, or no?
