Will Tsuruchi gosho's range attack benefit from toritaka okabe's trait if gosho's action put him into play in the same army?
Thank you.

Yes, the trait on Toritaka Okabe increases the strength of any Ranged Attack that meets its condition when it is applied. Thanks to his action, Tsuruchi Gosho enters play in Okabe's army, then he produces a Ranged Attack that comes from an action performed by a card in Okabe’s army and it gains +1 strength.
