Let's say that I use impetuous challenge on person with chagatai's armor attached to him. If I win the duel, could chagatai's armor use it's reaction to negate the bowing of the personality it is attached to even though the armor is going to be bowed at the same time as the person? If so, when is the exact timing to trigger this reaction? Is it before the duel is started or after the duel resolves? For example, would the controller of the person with chagatai's armor on him have to react before he gets to see whether I win the duel or not?
Similar scenario but involving overwhelming pressure. Let's say I target Chagatai's Armor with Overwhelming Pressure and then target the person that has the armor attached to him with the other part of overwhelming effect. Since the armor would be destroyed before the bowing of the person it is attached to, could the armor's reaction still be taken to prevent the person's bowing?

The timing of the Reaction is before the action's resolution; that is, before any of its effects resolve, which include even issuing the challenge and starting the duel. So, yes, he would have to react before knowing if he'd won or lost, but if he does, it would negate the bowing.

Yes, as above, the armor's reaction could be taken before any of the effects of the action resolve; that is, before it is destroyed.

Rout Battle: Move a target unit home. Destroy one of its attachments (if any).
Muscle and Steel Reaction: After another player's action targets one of your Personalities, bow one of his attachments with a base Gold Cost of 7 or more: Negate either the action's bowing, destruction, or movement of cards in his unit.
What is the timing for rout here? Does the player playing rout choose both targets at the same time, or would the reaction to the moving have to happen before the player chooses which attachment to destroy?
For Example: Lets say I have Hida Benjiro in play with a Heavy Elite and a Rising Sun Blade (both over 7g). My opponent plays Rout targeting Hida Benjiro's unit, and decides to destroy the Rising Sun Blade. Can I then react to the Rout with Muscle and Steel, bow the Rising Sun Blade that is about to be destroyed, and prevent the movement? I understand I'll still lose the Rising Sun Blade, but I would like to keep my Heavy Elite and Benjiro at the current battlefield.
Does it happen that way? Or does the Rout choose the attachment to destroy after my "chance" to react to rout's movement? Basically, are all the targets made at once, or are they seperate. Target -> Target -> Effect? or Target-> Effect -> Target -> Effect?
Thanks in advance!

Muscle and Steel doesn't "react to the movement", it reacts to the targeting, which is well before any effects are applied.
