If i played a terrain, that has a battle action that triggers before or after battles resolution, but all my personalities died during battle or moved, do i still get to use the battle action?
Example: I'm the defender, i have 1 personality, the attacker has 2 personalities. My first action i play [Mountains of the Phoenix] then they do their action. i next move my guy home. They pass, then i pass. Does the battle action on the Terrain still go off?

You need to control any units at the current battlefield only to play the Terrain. Once the Terrain has entered play and its action's delayed effects have been activated, they will apply at the stated moment (usually before the battle resolves) regardless of whether you still control any units at the current battlefield or not, unless the Terrain has left play (see also Terrain).
