I'm getting confused over with this card. Basically, if I play "The Height of Courage" in response to "Restoring Order" which targeted my dishonored personality, will the destruction be negated or it happens regardless? I did a search and found this but the link to the rules wiki leads to a deleted page. I see there's FAQ entry but these two seem to contradict each other so I'm not sure what to think of it. Please help.
Restoring Order Political Battle: Target your unbowed Magistrate Personality: Target an enemy Personality with Personal Honor lower than your Magistrate's Chi. Move the enemy Personality home. Bow him if he moved. Destroy him if he is dishonorable.
The Height of Courage Reaction: Before the resolution of another player's action: Choose one of your personalities. Negate his movement from the action's effects. Battle: Give your target Personality and each of his Followers +1F.

If your Personality is dishonorable when targeted by Restoring Order, he'll die regardless of whether he moves or whether the movement is negated.
The question in your first link that you felt contradicted this was only asking WHERE the Personality would die; that is, in what order the effects would resolve, not whether the destruction was dependent upon the movement. However, I see how you could've misread my answer, so I removed the part that was confusing.
