You would have to pay her base cost of 8 Gold.
Though the option to pay two more Gold to ignore a Personality's Honor Requirement and the option to pay two less Gold in lieu of the Honor gain may both be taken during the Dynasty Phase, they are independent of one another. Even though you are already ignoring her Honor requirement via another effect, that has no bearing on taking the two-Gold discount or not to gain her Honor.
