Greetings! Earthen Blade is a spell with a continuous effect, When does it actually resolve? Would having earthen blade in play automatically count as 1 action for ring of air? How about the act of attaching earthen blade? will that count?

Never. Only actions and triggered traits resolve, not continuous traits.
Would having earthen blade in play automatically count as 1 action for ring of air?
No. An action begins with "Limited," "Open," "Battle," or "Reaction."
How about the act of attaching earthen blade? will that count?
No, the Equip action comes from the rulebook, not from the Spell itself.
