I use Reido's battle action, and for the cost, I destroy Personality A with a weapon. Does Personality B, the target of the effect, need to have equal or lower force than
a) Personality A with the weapon b) Personality A without the weapon
I assume the same answer would apply to something like a Chrysanthemum Blossom +1F token.
Isawa Reido: Battle: Destroy your target Personality or Follower: Destroy a target Personality or Follower without attachments and with equal or lower Force than your targeted Personality or Follower.

Use current stat values, including bonuses, unless the card looks for a "base" stat.
