There's a duel going on between a personality with a ranged attack (Tsuruchi Saya for example) and a personality with 5F and no followers (Isawa Ochiai). If Saya focuses Arrows do Not Falter what happens?
Arrows Do Not Falter Focus Effect: If your Personality in this duel is the challenged, and has a base Ranged Attack ability, destroy a Follower, or Personality without Followers, with 4 or lower Force in the challenger's unit. Lose 3 Honor.
If Saya focuses Arrows do Not Falter what happens?
Tsuruchi Saya's controller loses 3 Honor. This part of the Focus Effect always applies, even if Saya was the challenger, or if she didn't have a base Ranged Attack ability.
