Do you have to pay for blade or perfection when you use its reaction? I have not seen people doing it but I would think if it is after an action, it goes to the discard. At that point you can proclaim that you are taking the reaction to attach it. To attach you must pay gold cost, unless other wise stated. Since it does not say not to pay the gold cost you have to pay 4 gold each time right?
