Just to make sure I'm reading the card correctly, is the proper order for Paneki's Disgrace's battle action:
Battle: You may discard a card from the current battlefield's province. Bow a target enemy card. Destroy it if it has no attachments, you discarded a card, and the enemy card's Gold Cost is lower than the discarded card's Gold Cost.
1. Announce action
2. Target enemy card for bowing
3. Begin resolution
3a. Discard card from current battlefield's province
3b. Bow targeted card
3c. If targeted card meets destruction conditions, destroy it
