Does this mean that this ruling was also (partially) incorrect? In as much as you CAN bow a Secluded Outpost to pay for the personality who's gold cost you may ignore, so as to attach something to him as he enters play? I understand the trigger for playing the reaction on Hand of the Jade Dragon has past, not asking about that. Just want to know if I can Bow Secluded for an attachment on a personality whos cost I am going to ignore?
