If a personality has been targeted by Plains of Resolution then targeted by Shoshuro Akemi, can the personality that has been targeted by plains take the option to reduce his force but not actually have the force reduction happen due to the plains of resolution having targeted the personality already.
Shosuro Akemi Scorpion Clan • Courtier • Rumormonger Open: Bow Akemi: Target a dishonorable Personality. His controller may choose to reduce his Force to 0. If he did not choose this, he loses Honor equal to that Persnality's base Personal Honor.
Plains of Resolution Singular Open: Bow this card: Your target Samurai contributes force while bowed and will not have his force reduced by other players' cards.
