If I use the battle ability given to me from Dance of the Void and on my next action try to use One with the Flame, or any other kiho where the cost is to bow, what happens? Does the kiho not work because I didn't pay the cost of bowing since Dance of the Void negated it? Or is the kiho successfully cast? Thanks.

Costs are not effects. A cost of bowing for a kiho is not affected by Dance of the Void.
