for example can Ikoma Igawa "Reaction: After engaging in a battle, if Igawa is in the current attacking army, discard a card: The Defender chooses and discards a card from his hand.", after having been targeted by whispers of the dying sun "Choose a (non-Stronghold) card in play. Each of its base abilities may be used one additional time this turn." discard two cards to draw two after engaging in a battle? I remember a ruling about Bayushi Tsimaru XP "Reaction: Twice per turn, before a unit moves: Negate the movement" that said that, if two units moved with the same action, tsimaru could not react to the same trigger twice; regarding my initial question about whispers of the dying sun and igawa, can the same personality react twice to the same trigger or would igawa's controller have to move him to another battlefield, so that he could use his reaction for the 2nd time after the trigger (after engaging in a battle) had occurred for a 2nd time? in the same spirit, if I target Bayushi Hisoka XP "Political Reaction: Once per game, after Hisoka enters play, pay 4 Gold: Destroy a province belonging to a target player with 2 or more provinces. Until the game ends, once in each of his turns, he may refill one of his provinces face-up." with whispers of the dying sun when I have Emma O's Guidance "Open: Discard this card and destroy your target Personality: Bring into play a target dead Personality you own, reducing the amount of Gold you pay to put him into play by the first Personality's Gold Cost." in play, if I kill him and then use the guidance to bring him into play, can I pay the 4 gold 2ice to destroy 2 provinces, or would I have to find a way to kill him and bring him into play again in the same turn in order to be able to use his ability for the 2nd time?

You'd have to wait for another trigger, even though you're being allowed two uses in the turn.
Timing: "A player may not use the same copy of a Reaction or triggered trait more than once to a single trigger."

You'd have to kill him and bring him back the same turn.
