Does an action performed during the Action Phase that creates an honor gain later in the turn still work under War of Dark Fire?
For example, my opponent resolves War of Dark Fire. During his action phase, I use the Open action on Last Step Castle. He does not destroy any of my provinces that turn. During my End Step, will I gain 2 honor, or is that negated by War of Dark Fire since the Last Step Castle's action occurred during an Action Phase?

The gain of honor from Last Step Castle's ability comes in neither the Action Phase or Dynasty Phase.
It comes at the end of the turn, which is the End Phase.
It will not be negated by The War of Dark Fire's effects.
