Akodo Senzo is a Tactician, he has a Battle ability. I use his battle action and target another personality, is this considered a Tactical action? thus limiting my ability to later in the battle use the player ability of tactician from Senzo's keyword Tactician?
if this is the case why is Ikoma Tobikuma and Akodo Senichii have Tactical Battle(or Open): printed on their cards. Or does the helpful tip not apply to Tactician, Ninja, etc and only element keywords? because this would be really confusing and seriously suck :C).

Nothing is "considered" a [keyword] action: it is, or it is not. The action from Akodo Senzo is not a Tactical action but a Tactician action; it is also a Lion Clan and Samurai action (see below). An action from a Tactician Personality or performed by a Tactician Personality is not a Tactical action unless it comes from an ability with the Tactical keyword (e.g. Ikoma Tobikuma's Open ability or an ability on a Strategy with the Tactical keyword).
Ability keywords: An ability also has any keywords that are on its card.
