A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

English is my third language so i'm sorry if this is in the rules, i just couldn't find it.
Togashi Kyoshi's trait says: You may use your Stronghold's abilities even if it is bowed.
So this means that, even if he's at another battlefield or at home, if he's bowed, etc, his trait is active and i can use PoV's reaction if its bowed, right? Is it because traits without triggers are always active and they don't follow the rule of location (kinda like reactions?)
Again, sorry if this was answered somewhere else.

Traits are always active if they have no condition and the card is in play.
Togashi's Kyoshi's trait does not.
As long as he is in play, your Stronghold will work while bowed.
